Goldilocks and the Three Behrs Page 5

Victoria jumped as a crop whistled through the air and landed against her skin. She was torn between crying out in pain and hiding in shame, for she felt the moisture gathering between her legs. By the time Cole got to the last few spankings, she was pushing her ass out to meet each lash as it came down, and her desire was running freely down the inside of her thighs.

“Very good, Victoria,” Cole crooned as he tossed the crop to the ground and touched the heated flesh of her ass with his cool hand. “Your response will please Dillon a great deal. Now let’s see what else that sweet ass of yours can take.”

Victoria squirmed against her bonds as he dipped his fingers through her wet slit. The blindfold made every touch, every whisper of breath more intensive, and she shuddered as he kissed her on the nape of the neck and pushed his fingers inside of her.

“Please, Cole,” she begged, pushing against him as he added another finger, stretching her wide.

  “Are you begging me, Victoria?”

“Yesss. Please. You know what I want.”

His laugh slithered silkily across her skin as he pulled his fingers from her sheath. “Yes, I know exactly what you want. But I’m going to give you something else. I know Dillon better than I know myself Victoria, and I know for a fact that he’s going to love every delectable inch of you. Just as Holly and I do. But Dillon’s tastes run darker than mine, and I want you to be prepared for the things he’ll want to do to you. Do you understand?”

She nodded her head and whimpered as he nipped gently at her neck, before laving the bite mark with his tongue. “I understand.”

“Good girl.” He gathered her moisture on his finger and skimmed it up to the puckered star of her anus.

“Cole,” she said in surprise. “You can’t—”

  “Shh, baby. Just relax.”

She felt a slight pressure and a tingle down her spine as he inserted a finger in her forbidden passage.

“That’s it, Victoria. Relax and take me in.”

He worked his finger in and out before adding a second, working her moisture into the tight hole. Victoria’s knees trembled at the pleasure and she moaned in protest when Cole removed his fingers and left her empty.

“No, no, don’t stop. Please,” she begged.

“I couldn’t if I tried,” he said huskily.

She felt his hands hot against her hips, his fingers branding her skin, as he lined up his cock behind her. He sunk his shaft into her pussy with one thrust, so she felt the slap of his testicles against her backside, and then pulled out just as quickly. The head of his cock pressed against her anus and she tried to relax as he pushed against the tight ring.

“That’s it, baby. You look so fucking sexy.” His breath was strained, and his fingers clamped tighter around her hips as he pushed the large head of his cock inside of her.

Victoria cried out at the invasion and bit her lip as her body adjusted to the foreign pleasure. “Ohmigod, Cole. It’s too much. You’re too big.”

“You can take all of me, Victoria. Did you know that Dillon is bigger than I am? I’m preparing you for his cock, baby.” Cole let out a sigh as he pushed his entire length into her ass. “That’s it, sweetheart. I’m all in now. God, you’re so damned tight I could come just staying still.”

“I feel so strange, Cole. My body is hot. And my pussy throbs.”

Cole reached his hand beneath her, pressing his middle finger over her clit. “I’ll make it better, baby. I promise.” He was bent over her back and his breath tickled her ear as he whispered to her. “Holly is watching us right now from the trees. Did you know that?”

“No,” Victoria moaned, imagining the sight they must make together.

“Her shirt is unbuttoned and she’s playing with those beautiful tits with one hand while the other is buried in her pussy. She loves seeing me deep inside your ass.”

“Yes,” Victoria cried out. “Hurry. Please.”

Cole pulled out slowly, and she felt every ridge of his cock against her sensitive nerve endings. And then her world exploded as he slammed into her with relentless strokes, pushing her closer and closer to an ecstasy she’d never imagined, while his fingers thrummed her clit. Black dots danced in front of her eyes as her orgasm seemed to start at her toes and tingle across every surface of her skin.

Her ass tightened around his cock and she heard his groans of pleasure as he had to work harder to push inside of her because of her tightness. He thrust one last time and she felt him swell inside of her just before his come coated her inner walls. In the distant corner of her mind, as her knees buckled and she collapsed to the ground, she heard Holly cry out with her own release.

  ***

It was just after noon the next day when Cole took her out for a round of target shooting. They’d been making the journeys every day after lunch so Victoria could get used to the feel of a rifle in her hands and know how to use one if she ever needed to. Holly had stayed at the house, claiming she was going to rest, but Victoria knew something was going on. She understood when Cole asked her again about the Blackstone Gang.

“I need you to tell me everything you can remember, Victoria. No matter how small or unimportant you might think it is. I need to go looking for Dillon. He’s been gone too long. And the more information I have, the better chance I might be able to find him. I’ve got a bad feeling he might be in trouble.”

He pulled her beneath a shade tree, settling her comfortably on his lap.

“You told me the leader called himself Curtis Granderson and that he had dark hair and dark eyes. But I want you to try and remember the little things. What was his speech like? Did he seem educated or ignorant? Were there any marks on his skin you could see? Moles or scars?”

Victoria thought for a moment, trying to recall every detail of that horrible afternoon, before finally saying, “He wasn’t a gentleman. He was too rough. His speech not very refined.”

She closed her eyes as she brought the image of him to mind, and Cole massaged the back of her neck gently.

“There was nothing special about the way he looked. He was just scary and filthy. All I could think about at the time was getting away. I knew I didn’t want him to put his hands on me.”

Cole kissed her hair as she shivered against him.

“But you know,” she said, “Now that I think about it, I thought it was odd that he was the leader of such an organized group. Something about him just didn’t fit. They’ve been getting away with robberies and murder for over a year now, and quite frankly, he just didn’t seem that smart. He ransacked my carriage like a common thief. Not like a man who had millions of dollars in gold stashed away. You’d think someone with that kind of money would have a little class or learn to appreciate the finer things.”

Cole nodded in agreement. “Dillon’s always suspected that it was someone rather high profile who’s in charge of the Blackstone Gang. Their first robbery was in Blackstone, Texas, only about twenty miles from here, and they needed someone who knew the inner workings of the bank they hit and how much cash would be inside. They also needed someone to bankroll the weapons, horses and wherever the hell they’ve been hiding all this time. Every one of their robberies has been well planned, and the banks they’ve hit have all had large deposits of money made to them the day before they were robbed. Just like the bank in Grand Junction. Your information thwarted that robbery, but I worry that Dillon and his men got too close and the Blackstone Gang is gunning for them now. They don’t like to be defeated.”

Cole was silent for a minute before asking, “Did this Curtis let any other names slip? Any of the other gang members?”

“Not that I can recall,” she said. “I’m sorry I can’t be more help. I’d recognize him if I saw him again, but that’s about all. I know you’re worried about Dillon. I’m worried about him too.”

“Holly and I are going to ride into Wilmont and do a little digging around. The Texas Rangers have set up a headquarters there, and I want to see if I can find anyt
hing out about this Curtis Granderson—if he has friends he hangs out with on a regular basis or if he has any regular habits. It helps that Wilmont also sits right in between Oak Hollow and Grand Junction. I also need to find out who the last person to see Dillon was. I’ve got to find him. He’s my brother.”

Cole looked so heartbroken the only thing she could do was take him into her arms. “Of course you’ll find him. And you’ll bring him back home safe and sound.”

“I worry about leaving you here by yourself, but we should only be gone two or three days, and there have been no recent sightings of the gang in near here. In fact, after their plans in Grand Junction were destroyed, they were seen headed toward the Oklahoma border. I’d feel a lot better if you’d stay here, just in case Dillon comes back.”

He helped Victoria to her feet and they walked in companionable silence back to the house. They were almost there before Victoria found the courage to ask her question.

“If you’re going into Wilmont, would you mind doing me a favor?” she asked, looking at Cole from the corner of her eye, but not meeting his gaze directly.

“Does this have to do with the man you’re supposed to marry?”

Victoria looked at him in surprise. She’d forgotten she’d told Holly about her engagement to Harold, and she wondered when Holly had found the time to tell Cole about it. The three of them had been inseparable ever since she’d arrived, and quite frankly, after spending time in Holly and Cole’s bed, she’d forgotten all about Harold.

“Don’t be upset that Holly told me your confidence. We don’t keep secrets from each other.”

“No, of course not. I’d just forgotten I’d told her about my engagement. It all seems like it was so long ago. But I need to know for sure if he thinks I’m dead, or if he knows I somehow escaped. I don’t want him taking my disappearance out on my family. He can make their lives miserable. And if he finds out I’m alive, he’ll come looking for me, and I don’t think he’ll leave without a fight.”

“He won’t want to fight with us. We’re not letting you go.”

The declaration made Victoria smile, and she gave him a quick hug.

“I’ll see what I can find out,” Cole said. “What’s his name?”

  “Harold Cromley.”

Cole let out a long, low whistle and shook his head. “I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting him before. He’s not too happy about the fact the Behr property spans several thousand acres and comes up just on the other side of his ranch. He’s been trying to buy that land since my parents died. He’s a real son of a bitch, and he’ll do whatever it takes to win.”

“Believe me. I know.” Victoria braided her hair nervously over her shoulder to keep her hands busy. “I just want to make sure my family’s okay. I think it would be best, all things considered, if he does think I’m dead. Because there’s no way in hell I’m going to marry that man or share his bed.”

“I’ll do whatever it takes to keep you safe, and so will Holly and Dillon. And Cromley might like to win, but he’s never won a fight before against us. But what you do need to remember is that Curtis Granderson knows you’re not dead, and he’s going to eventually come looking for you, though if he holds true to pattern he’ll wait until we bring you into the courthouse to give a written statement, so you should be safe for a while. Hopefully we’ll find them first and put them out of their misery before their crimes ever go to trial. Just keep the rifle with you and keep the doors locked while we’re gone. Just in case.”

“I will. And thanks, Cole. I don’t know what I would have done without you and Holly. I’ve never had anyone I’ve cared about so much in such a short time. No matter what happens with Dillon, if he decides I’m not the right woman for him, I want you to know I’ll never forget you.”

“Don’t worry about Dillon, sweetheart. The moment he saw you naked in our bed he knew you were the one. If he hadn’t been forced to leave while the trail was still hot, there was nothing we could have done to keep him from stripping his clothes off and getting into that bed beside you.”

Victoria was laughing as they walked into the house. Holly was in the kitchen, gathering the supplies they’d need on their trip and putting them into the saddlebags, but when she saw Victoria she dropped several apples on the table and ran to take her into her arms.

“I still don’t think it’s a good idea to leave her here by herself, Cole.” Holly scolded even as she brushed the hair back from Victoria’s face and kissed her gently on the lips in greeting.

“I know, but I want someone here in case Dillon shows up with a message or needs help. Victoria and I have talked it through, and she’ll be fine.”

“I’ll miss you,” Holly said, taking Victoria’s lips in an open-mouthed kiss that had Victoria leaning into her just so she could keep her balance.

Words weren’t needed as Holly unfastened Victoria’s trousers and tore the shirt from her shoulders, leaving her naked while she and Cole were both still clothed. Cole pressed against her from behind, taking her breasts in his hands and tweaking her nipples between his finger and thumb, and she could feel the hardness of his cock straining to be freed.

She didn’t protest as Cole picked her up and carried her to a straight-back chair. He unfastened his trousers with one hand and let them drop to his ankles before he sat down and pulled her on to his lap. Her back was pressed against his chest and her legs were splayed open and draped across his thighs. He guided her onto his cock and she sank down slowly, moaning as he filled her up.

Victoria watched Holly with feverish eyes as she knelt in front of them. Holly licked her lips and held tight to Victoria’s thighs as Cole began to move her up and down on his cock. Holly leaned forward and licked from the base of Cole’s cock all the way up until she was swirling her tongue around Victoria’s clit, making her and Cole groan in tandem at the pleasure.

Holly repeated the process over and over again until Victoria was screaming her release. Cole pulled out of her at the last second, and Holly was there to take him into her mouth, swallowing his seed down until he was completely empty.

They held and kissed each other for a few minutes before they dressed silently, and Victoria waved them goodbye and bolted the door.

They’d only be gone a couple of days, she told herself. Everything would be perfectly fine.

  Chapter Six:

  Dillon Returns

The rain held off barely two days after Holly and Cole left. The summer storm swept in with a vengeance from the west, and Victoria stood on the covered porch and watched the black clouds roll in and the lightning chase its tail in streaks of brilliant light. The smell of ozone lay thick across the air, and the heavy rain hadn’t started yet—only a fine drizzle. It wouldn’t be too much longer before the heart of the storm hit. It was late morning, but the sky was dark and raging with violence.

A cool breeze whipped at her hair and plastered her clothes to her body, but she kept the rifle in a solid grip at her side. She’d woken early that morning after tossing and turning through the night. Knowing something was wrong. That something was coming. She had a feeling deep in her soul that Dillon needed her somehow. So she dressed in her trousers and a clean shirt and had been keeping watch ever since, straining her ears to hear things that seemed out of place.

If it had been the Blackstone Gang that had ridden so silently through the trees—almost up to the house before she noticed—then she would have been in serious trouble. As it was, the lone rider and horse seemed to come out of nowhere. She moved to run back inside the house and bolt the doors, but she noticed the rider was slumped over his saddle and he seemed to be all alone. Something in the way he held himself made her stop and look at him more closely. If it weren’t for his hair color, she would have sworn it was Cole. His hair and clothes were plastered to his body, and he was holding one of his arms around his middle.

Then he raised his head and looked at her with piercing blue eyes, and her breath caught in her chest, just as it
had the first time she’d seen his face in the painting. Dillon. His face was covered in several days worth of beard, and from the amount of blood staining the side of his shirt, he seemed to be hurt pretty badly.

Victoria laid the rifle on the porch railing and ran out into the drizzle. Her clothes were soaked through by the time she got to him, and he was practically sliding from the saddle into her arms.

“How badly are you hurt?” she asked, helping to support his weight when he put his arm around her.

“Gunshot through the side. The bullet passed through, but I’ve lost some blood and I think I’ve got a fever.”

A crack of thunder shook the ground beneath them and the skies opened. Victoria grabbed onto him as tight as she could and they hobbled out of the rain and into the house. She led him to the couch, and he collapsed on the soft cushions, closing his eyes against a wave of pain.

A stack of thick blankets was folded next to the fireplace, and Victoria grabbed one, unfolding it and laying it across his lap.

“Get out of those wet clothes. We’ve got to get you dry. I’ll go see to your horse.”

Dillon grabbed her by the hand and pulled her close, so their faces were aligned perfectly. She could see the fever in his eyes and prayed she’d be able to help ease his pain.

“I dreamed of you,” he whispered. “I dreamed of you when I didn’t know your name.”

Victoria smoothed the wet hair back from his forehead. “I know you did. I dreamed of you too. And the dreams were too real not to be true. I know you, Dillon. I don’t know why or how to explain it.”

“You’re mine, Victoria. I know your body and your heart and your mind. I can’t explain it either. Cole and Holly love you, and I know you’ve shared their bed, but you’ll belong to me once and for all. Flesh to flesh this time.” His hand went limp and dropped to the couch, the effort of holding on too much.
